1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 75bd4 ("75bd4", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 75bd4 platform, including all games, betting markets, promotions, payment services and any other features made available through the 75bd4 website at 75bd4.org.

3Account Registration and Security

Opening duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein. Accuracy of Registration Information

5Bonuses and Promotions

75bd4 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published on the relevant promotion page:

• Bonuses are available to eligible, verified players only. Players who have not completed the required KYC verification process are not entitled to withdraw bonus-related winnings.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions) before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is stated clearly on the relevant promotion page.

6Responsible Gaming

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any content from the 75bd4 platform without the prior express written consent of 75bd4. Unauthorised use of 75bd4 intellectual property may expose you to civil and criminal liability.

9Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 75bd4 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the 75bd4 platform, even if 75bd4 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 75bd4's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the 75bd4 platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your 75bd4 account in the thirty days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 75bd4's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10Amendments to These Terms

75bd4 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 75bd4 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Where the changes are significant, 75bd4 may also notify registered players via email or via a notice displayed on the platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically and to ensure that you remain aware of the current version.

Your continued use of the 75bd4 platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must discontinue use of the 75bd4 platform immediately and contact support to close your account.

11Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
